What to Eat on the Cleanse:

Quick Look:
- Free range poultry and eggs
- Wild Salmon or other low toxicity fish (www.seafoodwatch.org)
- Rice (brown), quinoa, millet, sweet potatoes and tapioca
- Berries, apples, pears, and kiwi (organic as much as possible)
- Sweeten with agave syrup, brown rice syrup or Stevia
- Nuts (other than peanuts), nut butter and seeds
- Lentils and garbanzo beans
- Vegetables and salads (organic as much as possible)
What to drink:
- Water, filtered or bottled
- Green tea or herbal teas
- Rice or nut milk

May also add to shake:
- 1 tsp ProBerry (liquid berry extract in my online store)
- 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Oil (we like cinnamon flavor)
- 1 Tb ground flaxseeds for fiber (keep in freezer)
- 1 tsp raw, organic cacao powder or carob extract
How to Eat:
Blood Sugar Balance is important!
- Make sure to eat, whether food or shake, every 3 to 4 hours
- Every time you eat, choose a protein with a carbohydrate and fat

White or brown rice
Sauteed greens (with onion, garlic and sweet pepper oil)
Quinoa (with herbs and asparagus)
Brown rice pasta
Broccoli, carrots, peas and zucchini (separately or together)
Cucumber and avocado, brown rice rolls (vegetable sushi)
Proteins (and fat)
Hummus (with lemon and arugula)
Chicken satay
Almond butter
Sunflower seeds
Pine nuts
Wild Salmon (with ginger and olive oil)
Free range turkey or chicken
Healthy Fats
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Fats in beans, nuts, seeds, avocados and olives
Sample Meals:
- Lentils, tomato, onion, arugula
- Roasted chicken, carrot, onion and lemon (cooked with olive oil)
- Egg (whole, free range) omelet with onion, spinach and goat cheese
- Stir fry chicken, broccoli, and cashews
- Arugula salad with turkey/chicken, sunflower seeds, carrots, cucumber, avocado
and balsamic dressing - Turkey on rice bread with wasabi mayonnaise, avocado, cucumber and balsamic dressing
